Zrób niespodziankę swojemu mężowi - golonka na piwie

Moja żona zrobiła mi golonkę na piwie! Oto przepis:

Golonko natrzeć solą, pieprzem, przyprawami (tymianek, majeranek, papryka słodka i ostra) oraz dwa ząbki czosnku pokroić słupki - powbijać je w mięso.

Golonko zalać piwem (koniecznie tym, które lubi mąż - ja lubię Tyskie, Żywiec, Żubr) - najlepiej kupić kilka, co by zostało do obiadu dla męża ;-) Jeśli zabraknie piwa można dodać wody tyle, aby golonko było całe zalane.

Odstawić na dwie godziny i po tym czasie całość gotować przez 1,5 godziny na małym ogniu. Po ugotowaniu golonko wyjąć i podsmażyć na patelni, tak aby mąż również zjadł skórkę ;-)
