Skoro mamy jesień w środku lata i niektórych dopada deprecha to proponuję rosół.
Jest on niezwykły i stawia na nogi :-) Być może jest nieco "zbajerzony" i dość długo się go gotuje ale warto.
Jest to przepis, który otrzymałam od mojej znajomej, u której ten rosół jadłam, a w ogóle to pochodzi on z książki Anny Ciesielskiej "Filozofia życia". Autorka jest specem od technologii żywienia a swoje przepisy opiera na medycynie chińskiej. Stąd w przepisie podział na smaki, których kolejność jest bardzo ważna przy gotowaniu.

Rosół na jesienne słoty i smutki

smak gorzki
Do 2,5 – 3 l wrzątku dodajemy po pół łyżeczki tymianku, majeranku i rozmarynu.

smak słodki
1 łyżeczkę całego kminku, 60 dag wołowiny z kością (rostbef lub żeberka)

smak ostry
1 skrzydło indycze, 2 cebule w całości, 6 dużych ząbków czosnku pokrojone w drobniutkie słupki, 1 łyżeczkę kolendry mielonej, 1 kopiastą łyżeczkę imbiru. 1/2 łyżeczkę Cayenne, 1 łyżeczkę kardamonu, 1 duży liść laurowy, 6 ziaren ziela angielskiego

smak słony
1 łyżeczkę vegety, sól do smaku (ok. 1 łyżki)

smak kwaśny
związany pęczek zielonej pietruszki, 1/2 łyżeczki bazyli

smak gorzki
1 łyżeczkę kurkumy

Przykryć i gotować na bardzo małym ogniu ok. 3 godzin, po czym dodać 2 średnie marchewki i 1 pietruszkę. Gotować do miękkości ok. 30 min. i zjadać z makaronem.
Po talerzu takiego rosołu wracają chęci do życia.

Tak Małgosiu - chodzi o kolejność wkładania produktów do garnka wg smaków.
Składniki potrawy zestawiane są w kolejności: gorzki - słodki - ostry - słony - kwaśny - gorzki.
To wszystko w książce, którą poczytałam sobie pożyczając od znajomej. Jak dla mnie to trochę kontrowersyjna kuchnia (burzy obowiązujące schematy i przyzwyczajenia) ale rosołek naprawdę pyszny i wyrazisty.
