Mimo,że niezbyt przepadam za herbatą w tej postaci jest świetna!
Swego czasu pracowałam u Cyganów i tam herbata jest głownym napojem.Do każdego śniadania musi być podana koniecznie,oraz gdy goście odwiedzają (u Cyganów codziennie przewijają się tabuny ludzi),obowiązkowo się podaje herbatę. Zawsze w szklankach z uszkiem i bludkach (mała miseczka)!
Oto przepis bardzo prosty:
Do szklanek wkładamy pokrojone w cząstki jabłko ze skórką,oraz inne sezonowe owoce np:truskawki,gruszki,śliwki,wiśnie,brzoskwinie (bez pestek),porzeczki, co tam akurat mamy, wkładamy saszetkę herbaty do każdej szklanki i po naciągnięciu i wyjęciu saszetek, dekorujemy cytrtną.Można posypać cynamonem.Cyganie nalewają taką herbatę do bludek i piją z nich.Latem można pić na zimno,bardzo orzeżwia!
Reasumując:owoce jakie tam akurat mamy i zawsze cytryna!
Ps:Zapomniałam o grejfrutak,mandarynkach i pomarańczach! Cukier wiadomo każy kto słodzi to sobie sypie!

Dawno, dawno temu pijałam herbate hektolitrami, ja i wszyscy wkoło znajomi, rodzina. Ale to już historia. Do historii należy też robienie różnych herbat smakowych w domu, z tego co udało sie kupić onegdaj, przed wojną, w sklepach PRL. Te pseudoherbaty ulepszało sie gożdzikami, geranium dodane do gruzińskiej udawało "elgreja", skóki pomaranczowe lub cytrynowe, tez resztą deficytowe w tamtych czasach, zmieniały przynajnie zapach tego, co nazwane było na opakowaniu herbatą. Mysle, że nieco starsza część forumowiczek niż średnia wieku, ma na ten temat swoje wspomnienia. Chociaz pamietam, że był i taki okres gdy w sklepach było do wyboru do koloru ro znych herbat indyjskich.
Od dłuższego czasu nie piję czarnej herbaty. Wole zdecydowanie czarną kawę. A z herbatek "preferuję" zieloną, zdecydowanie. A najbardziej mi smakuje zielona z cytryną. Pijam również najprzeróżniejsze ziółka i herbatki owocowe, ale nie mieszanki, tylko takie jednosmakowe. Tu przodują herbatki chińskie. Slynna jasminowe, imbirowe - rozgrzewa!, z żeń=szeniem. Jest w czym wybierać. A bogactwo smaku i aromatu - nieprawdopodobne.
W "moim kółku różańcowym" trwa ostatnio festiwal herbatkowy. Spotykamy sie "na herbatkach" i degustujemy nowości. Oczywiście herbatki są zaparzane w małych imbryczkach. I właśnie imbryczki do herbaty to moje ostatnie hobby.
Przed kilkunastu laty miałam inne hobby, z którego mó j mąż do dziś się wyśmiewa, a mianowicie tenisówki, ale to nie na temat.

Herbate gruszkowa bierze sie ze sklepu spozywczego, robi ja firma Vitax, w zielonym pudeleczku, ekspresowa. Bardzo smaczna.
Ja wlasnie popijam zielona z cytryna, tez moja ulubiona, a w domu mam tyle róznych herbat, ze moglabym otworzyc sklep. Od czarnych - Oolong, Yunnan, rozne Darjeelingi, przez imbirowa - na migrene( pyszna z mlekiem) po aromatyzowane , np. earl grey, ktory lubie i z cytryna i z mlekiem ( nie rownoczesnie, oczywiscie ! ) , rozne ziolowe np. melisa , pije ja z cytryna albo odrobina soku malinowego, dziurawiec , tez dobry z cytryna, gdy sie jej doda napar robi sie apetycznie rozowawy....Cenie tez herbaty zielone, a biala , horrendalnie droga troche mnie rozczarowala.
Przeczytalam w uroczej ksiazeczce "Ksiega herbaty" (aut. Okakura Kakuzo ), ze w XV w. Japonia nobilitowala herbate tworzac HERBATYZM.

Opowiem pewną historię, ale sie bardzo śpieszę na drugi etat, tzn.do domu, a po drodze musze jeszcze odwiedzić Mamę i kupić książkę o p.Krystynie.
