Zebacz smugowy — Anarhichas lupus
Zebacz smugowy to ryba z rodziny Anarhichas, zywiaca sie glównie skorupiakami. Jego waga moze dochodzic do 20 kg, a dlugosc — do 150 cm. Jest bardzo smaczny. Niewiele wiadomo na temat biologii tego gatunku.

Karp po zatorsku
Składniki:
karp, jajka, pieczarki, ser żółty, zielona pietruszka, mąka, sól, pieprz, ¦MIETANA

Przygotowanie:
Karpia należy odfiletować i pokroić. Otrzymane kawałki ryby trzeba posypać solą i pieprzem, oprószyć mąką. Następnie rybę smaży się w głębokim oleju na dużym ogniu. Kiedy ryba mocno się zarumieni, zdejmuje się ją z ognia. Teraz należy przygotować farsz. Jajka gotujemy na twardo i kroimy w drobną kostkę. Pieczarki również trzeba pokroić, a następnie usmażyć na maśle. Kolejny składnik to ser, który ścieramy na drobne kawałeczki. Wszystkie te składniki oraz natkę pietruszki mieszamy i nakładamy na rybę. Można też nakładać wszystkie składniki po kolei. Należy jednak wówczas pamiętać, że ser żółty musi zawsze znajdować się nad pieczarkami i jajkiem. Na dnie żaroodpornego naczynia układamy teraz kawałki ryby na przemian z farszem. Kolejne warstwy doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem, według własnego uznania. Na samym wierzchu kładziemy 1-1,5 cm warstwę gęstej śmietany (najlepiej 30%). Całość dusimy pod przykryciem w gorącym piekarniku aż do zatopienia się sera i śmietany. Należy wówczas zdjąć pokrywkę i poczekać, aż się zrumieni
